A Must Buy - if you're considering function over nice-to-have

Like all products and tech, people here have found things that need improving and things they would like to see, that are not yet or may never be available.

Perspective:
• HR systems are a really core part of any business.
• Getting all of the most important HR hotspot functions handled in one place is a huge time saver and risk reducer - and these guys are almost 100% on this.
• Handling Contractors AND Employees while keeping them seperates is a real bonus
• Having a flexible easy to use SELF SERVE portal that is not gratuious or feels like you are being *subjugated* by the company is both a huge time saver and enabler of good engagement. They have done a great job here.
• The Whitelabel and CNAME issues are real and important but in the end, this is for Contractors & Employees not customers, so if you are on the fence, consider necessary fit & function over nice-to-have. Even big companies use 3rd party HR and healthcare portals that are co-branded.
• BTW, the last Fortune 50 company I worked for had a much less employee frendly and accessible HR portal, AND it was co-branded - so what the heck, hey?!
• The allowed 500MB per code is light to be sure, so hopefully they will upsize this in time. Disk space is getting less expensive not more - so I am going to trust them on this one to do what is right.

I believe there is terrific value in this deal - and I see these guys are working hard on the right things and have their heads in the game in the right way on the truly crucial aspects of HR mgmt.

In my view this is a solid 5 taco winner. Hope you guys become the next SalesForce for HR. Good luck.

I just wanted to add my thanks to Fiona's one above. We really love hearing concise, on point feedback like this.

Particularly loved that you said we could be the "SalesForce" of HR, because I was inspired in the early days to model HR Partner's marketing and positioning like them after reading books (such as "Predictable Revenue") on the stellar growth of SalesForce and how they owned the "No Software" SaaS market early on.
