Confusing details

Great software BUT !! It’s really bad that we can’t change the company domain once created. This must be changed as there can be a lot of us who may want to buy the deal and use it in real action at a later date but the deal doesn’t clearly mentions that we can’t change the company domain app.xxx.harpartner.io once set. Now I am stuck with this domain that I thought I’ll change it once I have redeemed the codes as I didn’t want to forget to redeem the codes.

Also I would like to know if there is a roadmap or a possibility to add payroll features or atleast a file that can hold data and be transferred to the accountant or an integration with xero.com or myob etc

Hi there,

I am not sure if you ever contacted our support team, but if you had before you posted this review, you would have found that even though we highly recommend that customers do not change their subdomain after setting up (mainly because the subdomain is a critical part of our security check, and 99.9% of our customer already have a company name in mind when they set up their company), we *can* in fact change the subdomain afterwards under extenuating circumstances, and we have already done this for other customers in the past.

The change has to be effected by our technical team (because of the security consideration) and not by the end user, so it takes time and an approval process to accomplish. A simple email to us would have cleared this up.

Also, if you had checked our website and our help documentation, you would see that we DO currently have a seamless integration with Xero. We also have plans to integrate with MYOB in the near future.

Because we are a small, non funded, completely bootstrapped company run by a team of passionate people who simply want to build the best HR system for small businesses, negative reviews like this that are based on a misunderstanding are quite damaging to our efforts and morale to compete against bigger, more well funded competitors. I would please ask you to consider updating or posting a new review based on the information I have replied with.
