Need to work on Customer Service
The product is quite good, a few annoying idiosyncrasies will have you jumping between departments, but all in all we are pleased with it. We are not please with the complete lack of customer service. Requests that are submitted are ignored or people respond with incorrect information a week later. Shame, as it has real potential.
They need to work on the integration - works with ICal but not Google calendar though you can link it and 24 hrs it might show. Appointments are in 24 hr time - and you cant change it to 12 hr. Drop downs sometimes cover the information you need to select from.
that being said, our the information areas are good, the price was great. We brought 5 codes and so we will be sticking with it. i hope customer service improves as they evolve.
I gave 3 rating because the UX and lack of customer service have cost us hours in chasing around and frustration. Cheers

Thanks very much for your review here. I'm very sorry (and surprised) to hear that you haven't had a good experience with our customer service though. In general we respond to customers within a few hours, so this sounds very strange.
If you are still having any trouble with the Google Calendar integration or any drop-downs etc, please contact us. We are not aware of any issues like this and would like to get these resolved if they still exist.
