This software is in early stage but shows great potential. It already has powerful features. I think in some time, this could be one of the best analytics tools out there, if the devs keep working on the core features. I want to make this review quite extensive, to give new buyers a good overview of what they can expect.

The core functionalities, such as tracking, heatmaps, replays and segmenting etc. work quite well, so this tool is very usable in it's current state. The product is already good and I recommend you to take advantage of this fantastic deal right now and buy it.

However, there are of course still some bugs and limitations, due to the early, just to name a few:
Limitations:
-I currently did not find a dedicated conversion tracking functionality. This is a core functionality every analytics tool should have, so we can see which pages / actions lead to conversions, conversions are not only sales, but also newsletter sign ups, downloads etc. Custom link tracking also seems not implemented yet (so you can add a param to a link and then track klicks / users etc. from it).
-There does not seem to be a way to filter noise (crawlers etc.) from the data in the analytics tab, this functionality is only available in the Audience report. It would be nice to have the possibility to filter it manually or automatically, so the non relevant traffic is not considered for the statistic.
Issues I had:
-AVG Session duration time seems wrong. For example if you choose a filter to only show sessions longer than 1 minute, avg session duration indicator shows 13 seconds, which seems impossible.
-Amount of users value also seems off. It shows too many users. For example, I know that my site gets 300-400 visitors a day from google, and around 20-40 direct traffic and other sources. That's basically it. However hubalz shows for some reason 900 users, which is impossible. From looking at all the data, I can not figure out where these additional users come from. So maybe hubalz counts the google crawlers as separate users? Or there is another issue? Not sure, but this number can't be correct.
-Session replay worked well, but threw errors "...

" on the right hand side of the screen behind the popup overlay.

I think if the devs focus on the core analytics and analysis functionalities like analytics, deep segmenting and filtering, heatmaps, session recordings, conversion tracking etc. This piece of software will be one of the most powerful analytics tools out there at some point. They are definively on to something.

And again, at this price, buy it, it's a great deal.
