Q: Can you explain to me about the uploads?
If you have a lot of content that surpasses the 8 uploads, do you have to upgrade?

If your existing podcasts has more than the limit of your tier and you want to migrate it, it will not affect your episode credits at all. If your uploading schedule per month requires you to upload more than 8 episodes, then you can upgrade to the tier that best suits your needs.

Great!!! Quick question: If I have multiple podcasts and I want to get tier 1, does each podcast have 8 episodes, or is that for 1 account?

Happy to help. Your account gets 8 episodes in total in tier 1. The same logic applies to other tiers as well.
