Q: Hello!

I sent an email to [email protected] and it's dead. Why didn't the redemption come with a code when there is an option to input a code to upgrade the account? I clicked on "activate", but I already had an account. So instead of the "activate button allowing it to be put in personalized details it retained the information from the account and now I can't activate the offer.
