In regards to the CNAME configuration, it allows you to connect your microsite/podsite to your personal domain. Please note that complete white labeling isn't included in the LTD plans. However, you do have the option for logo and accent color customization within the studio dashboard.

Users can download Hubhopper’s android app. However, a PWA is not configured as of now.

Hello, the whitelabeling option is available to tier 3 users, not to tier 1 & 2 users
