Needed a Bcast substitute
I bought this specifically because I needed to move my podcast information from Bcast before it shut down. I purchased the lifetime deal. It looked fine. I tried several times to automatically shift my rss feed to hubhopper and it wouldn't go forward. I reached out to customer support and got absolutely no reply. Bcast is now shut down and I will need to manually add my podcast details. I'm trying to decide if I will even use them or get a refund.

The difficulty here stems from a restriction on your RSS feed set by Bcast, which is preventing our system from importing your podcast onto Hubhopper. Our support team advised reaching out to Bcast support to lift this restriction so we could proceed with the migration.
Unfortunately, as your RSS feed is hosted and managed by Bcast, it’s not something we have control over. Without Bcast’s cooperation in removing the restriction, we’re unable to execute the migration on our end.
