Podcast cloned for no reason and poor audio quality

Hubhopper seemed to me a good alternative to Transistor for hosting multiple podcasts on a single account, without paying extra fees. But as the months went by, the quality of their service deteriorated.

It starts with the inability to play episodes with chapters from Apple Podcast, so it's no longer possible to create enhanced episodes.

All my podcasts hosted with them are duplicated on Apple Podcast: in fact, Hubhopper has cloned the podcasts with the same RSS feed. According to them, this is because the main podcast is left over from a transfer from a previous host. So I have to claim their cloned podcast and delete the old one. But if I do that, I'll lose all the subscribers I've managed to get over the years. For a company that supposedly specialises in podcasts, this action seems totally absurd. The only difference between the two versions of the podcasts is that they have added their Indian parent company Parijat Innovations Private Limited as a supplier. It's a bit of misplaced advertising.
They answer half the questions when you send them an email, and don't even answer my requests for explanations any more.

Finally, on my latest podcast, the episodes have very poor sound quality: you can hear audio artefacts due to over-compression of the voices, which makes listening difficult. After verification, the audio files are compressed at 64kb/s, so Huhopper therefore is deteriorating the audio files uploaded to them.

So I'm looking for a new host for my podcasts, and I can't recommend Hubhopper as a reliable host for your podcast.
