HubHopper basically makes podcast creation a breeze. I had no idea what I was doing, but found the back end so intuitive that I didn't need to look at the help files (which I did anyway, and they are easy to read and relevant). I was able to get my first podcast set up in less than an hour, which is great because I'd rather be doing the creative work than dealing with the technical parts!
Statistics showed up immediately and were easy to read. Syndication was automatic and as easy as pushing a button.
Their follow up emails are engaging and encouraging, keeping me excited about continuing my new podcast.
