Say, you need a few more guest but later you don't need that, can you change it back to members?
2) Ddoes the storage increase with additional code purchases? What is the change?

1. In a switch, there are no limits on how often you increase the number of guest licenses, however, you may only decrease the number of guest licenses once per 14 days.
Please note that the 20 complimentary guest licenses can not be switched to member licenses. Only paid for licenses can be switched. For example, if you purchase 2 codes, you will have 10 member and 20 complimentary guest licenses. You will then be able to change that to 1 member and 29 guest licenses or anything in between (you need at least 1 member license to operate the platform).
2. The amount of storage is fixed at 25 GB regardless of the number of licenses. Only items you upload to the board are counted as storage, which currently only includes documents or media files uploaded to the library. Any items used from the resources section or elsewhere do not count towards storage. Also, you can paste YouTube or Vimeo links on the board with full player controls, and this does not count towards storage.
