To summarize the difference between members and guests, guests may only open boards they have been invited to, and members have full access to the platform, including creating boards & invitations.

Guest licenses may be used concurrently; for example, if you have 20 guest licenses and 5 members, each member may open a board and have 20 guests at any point in time. That means a member may invite 20 guests to a board and complete that session, then immediately start a new session using the same or a different board with the same or different guests.
