Many thanks for the review and feedback. We are actually releasing UI/UX updates today/tomorrow, funnily enough, so hopefully, that will go a long way to plugging the UX gaps.

We've made many under-the-hood improvements lately, from usability, speed, and issues, and will continue to do so. New features will also be rolling out more frequently now.

We've had a few people feedback on Firefox support, so we are bumping up that effort priority.
