There are plenty of tools to TALK together remotely (video conferencing). An impressive list to host events (virtual conferencing tools) or listen to 1 person talking (Webinar tools). The workflow I have decided on at the moment is to have each client logging into their own board – where they each have their own project planning, customer journey plans and objective/ outcome reports.
I can use HuddleIQ blank templates or make my own templates with partial info and copy them easily from one board to another. Which gives me a working customer portal. You also have a super neat prezi like tool where you make snapshots of where you want the client to focus on. So with a board with 20 diagrams you can snapshot the 3 things you want to concentrate on for today’s meeting. And then navigate to those three points on the board. This saves HUGE amounts of time as I have presentation worthy ready material at any moment of the latest information, without having to copy things backwards and forwards.
