May 14, 2024A: Currently, false positives are not recorded at all. You will see in your dashboard, the number of submissions being blocked. If you are having issues with false positives on your site, we recommend adjusting the Human Confidence to best work on your site.
The spam entries will only make it to that document if they break through HP. Obviously it can happen as it happens with other spam solutions, but we see very little spam break through HP protection.
Looks risky! If the system has detected a genuine $1000 enquiry/lead as spam, then there is no way no retrieve it or ever knowing about it?
We have customers that use this selling $100k plus services with zero issues. The platform is built on session data so in most cases, a genuine lead is going to spend enough time on the site for the algorithm to detect the user as a human. The goal of this plugin is to stop bots, not humans. Again, you have the ability to adjust the confidence interval to allow more "bots" through if you are somehow having issues with genuine human users being blocked. Web design and user flow are the major factors if this happens.
