Q: I tried to contact you via the email and the chat - but the have no response.
I feel that the support will be a pain on your side. Please, can you check it internally. You are telling that you offer a premium support - in fact it means, that the support shall react within 24 hours (better 4 hours). My request is 4 days unanswered :(.
Although I like your plugin and also the way how you do it - but support is very crucial.
I want to give here the questions and my findings:
1) Can you comment why your piece of the code is called on all pages (even those pages that have no forms on it). I can see minimum 2 calls (elipsis.js and a.js)
2) Can you explain in more details what are these javascript doing?
3) For me, the elipsis.js load takes 750ms, although it has only 120B, the second a.js takes 850ms and has size 43B.
They load in parallel but add almost 1 second to the page load time.

May 14, 2024A: We are sorry for the wait. You did contact while we were away for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are a small software team, but are working hard to have 365 coverage.
1. Our scripts are used to collect anonymized behavioral data over the life of the end user's session on your site and uses our proprietary machine learning algorithms to analyze the humanity of the user. This is then used to protect your forms when necessary. It is insufficient to only try to measure data on a page with a form. Without this data collection, the form protection cannot work.
2. As mentioned above, these scripts are used to track timing and movement data from the mouse, touchscreen, and keyboard. It is also used to help determine API usage internally since some products or add-ons require this for pricing tiers.
3. That sounds about right, but subsequent loads should be faster since your browser will cache them.

OK, but can you work more on these scripts so it will take less time to load?
The first load for a new user is always going to be a little slower. As we stated, the second page loads are much faster. Typically 350 ms. This is much faster than Invisible Recaptcha and other alternatives.
We are working on faster loads but it's not currently a top roadmap feature.
