Humanity Scheduling is an employee scheduling software that helps you build employee schedules and track employee attendance while staying compliant with labor laws.

With its easy-to-use drag-and-drop schedule maker, you can create schedules manually from scratch, use templates, or take advantage of the automatic schedule maker. The Schedule Maker Wizard can automatically create schedules by analyzing past trends. It can also fill open schedules.

Humanity Scheduling can also forecast scheduling needs by considering KPIs such as foot traffic to ensure only the adequate number of employees are working at the right times. You can set schedule rules to thwart overtime and undertime shifts and prevent employee fatigue. Employees can also set availability by themselves, trade shifts, and pick dates to work on.

Manage employees' shifts in multiple locations and departments in one place. You can do this under one account or use group accounts with custom permissions and access.

Humanity Scheduling includes leave management software. It allows staff to request time off so that you can view their availability. Employees can either request full or partial days (hourly) off. Create leave types and add leave rules, such as the number of vacation days per employee and the number of leave days they can take at once.

Humanity Scheduling has a Time Clock feature to track employee attendance and hours. It will also send notifications before shifts to ensure employees arrive on time. A GPS feature will inform you where employees clock in from. You can also set it to send you notifications if employees arrive late or leave early.

Keep track of employee timesheets easily. Export the timesheets from Humanity Scheduling to third-party Payroll software such as Paycor, Paylocity, CompuPay, and QuickBooks. You can export these manually or auto-approve them by setting rules.
