While using the Humanizer application, I encountered an error. The error message displayed was: "Error: ('message': 'Request failed with status code 400', 'status': 400, 'data': ('error': 'Insufficient credits'))". The application is designed to check the percentage of AI versus human content. Please address this issue as soon as possible. I'm hoping to have it resolved before my refund period ends.
I encountered a similar issue. When attempting to scan text for AI content, I received an error message that said "Failed to Detect String content at GptZero:[object Object]". I decided to skip that step and proceed directly to "Humanize Content". However, I then received another error message stating, "Error:{"message":"Request failed with status code 500","status":500,"data":{"error":"Internal server error"}}". I tried this approach but it did not work. I logged out, cleared my browser cache logged back in, & tried again, but I continued to receive the same error messages. I logged out once more and tried with different AI-generated text and a different web browser, but I encountered the same errors. I reached out to support and the only part that was fixed is the AI detect but humanized still shows same error.
3 Tacos for the benefit of the doubt but so far the site doesn't work. I bought it, I had some very AI text to try it on and 1st thing I get is

I am intrigued and interested in this app, so I am going to keep it for awhile but 1) Appsumo should be testing this stuff before it is released and 2) creators should make sure that their software is functional before launching it.
