2. How many chat embeds are possible?
You can create unlimited AI chatbot embeds. The exact number depends on your plan, and higher tiers allow for more embeds.

3. What happens beyond the chat count in Tier 4? Can we make it unlimited with BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?

Beyond the chat count in Tier 4, usage will pause unless you upgrade to enterprise. BYOK is not supported to make usage unlimited, but it’s something we are considering.

4. What is the storage limit?
Storage is based on your page upload quota. Pages you upload remain available indefinitely and do not count against future monthly quotas.

5. Is the API cost and limits the same as the plan mentioned here?
API access, if available, aligns with the limits of your current plan. 6. Can we have workspace segregation?
Yes, you can create separate workspaces to manage different teams, projects, or data. Best practice is to create different folders for either different teams or topics/chatbots. When you click the three vertical dots next to a folder you can click > Access and select which team or teammates have exclusive access to this set of files.

7. Is there an agency model or white-label option?
