Q: Document size
If I'm on tier 1 and I want to upload a 1400-page PDF, will I have to wait 3 months before I can upload it? Or can I upload it right away, but then I won't be able to upload any more files for the next 3 months?

Dec 21, 2024A: For this specific use case, Tier 2 would be a better fit since it would allow you to upload it right away. If you stay on Tier 1, then you'd be able to split the file into smaller chunks (i.e. two 500 pages and one 400 pages) and upload those over three months. That said, I'd strongly recommend Tier2 at minimum or using a pay-as-you-go tier on the website. Hope this helps.
