Humata is next level, you should have it in your Arsenal. I am a Digital Marketer and I lovel this tool. I will buy more codes for shure.

The software did a decent job when I first purchased it but now it cant even draft a report the link disappears and they still take your credits feels very dishonest. The summarizer works okay but asking it question gives weird results now. I'm not sure what happened between the time I purchased it till now but it feels like a bait and switch operation. Why change something that already works well? I will update if it changes back, but be warned that as of right now its basically E - Junk!

The software impresses me with its great potential and value in my daily work. Within a short time, I uploaded nearly 12,000 pages – and Humata delivers reliable results within seconds.

A big highlight is the excellent support: Despite some initial upload issues, the team responded quickly and even compensated me with triple the amount of credits – a level of service I rarely experience.

While the output could sometimes be more detailed, Humata is already a powerful tool. For the future, I would love to see features like video uploads, automatic transcriptions, and output modes tailored to different use cases (for scientific reports, social media content creation, and additional presets...).

When I first got this it seemed to be alright, very clean UI, lots of compatible file types, really decent results.

Lately, the results arent just bad, I have to argue with the bot to get the answers out of it. An example is in an OCR'd document containing medical claims, where I asked the name and info of the different doctors present in each claim. It starts by saying there is no doctors, I ask what about doctor xxxx, it replies with all the information regarding that doctor and acknowledges him from then on. Among many other examples of this, I cant rely on this information at all given the mission critical nature of what I use this for. It also seems to reference completely irrelevant documents and doesnt even acknowledge the existence of the information in some of them unless you specifically tell the bot about the document that has that info. I'm going to keep it until the refund window, and I will update this review if they fix it to an acceptable standard (especially at this price), but I dont understand why this application is currently in this state.
