When I first got this it seemed to be alright, very clean UI, lots of compatible file types, really decent results.

Lately, the results arent just bad, I have to argue with the bot to get the answers out of it. An example is in an OCR'd document containing medical claims, where I asked the name and info of the different doctors present in each claim. It starts by saying there is no doctors, I ask what about doctor xxxx, it replies with all the information regarding that doctor and acknowledges him from then on. Among many other examples of this, I cant rely on this information at all given the mission critical nature of what I use this for. It also seems to reference completely irrelevant documents and doesnt even acknowledge the existence of the information in some of them unless you specifically tell the bot about the document that has that info. I'm going to keep it until the refund window, and I will update this review if they fix it to an acceptable standard (especially at this price), but I dont understand why this application is currently in this state.
