I am enjoying using Humata. The PDF uploading process is pretty simple. YouTube video uploads are simple as well, but I would suggest you transcribe that video and upload it to Humata as a PDF. This way, you know exactly how many PDF pages you will use here. Additionally, you have the information accurately stored just in case the video is ever deleted. That said, I am still testing and learning Humata, so I have reached out to customer service via their built-in chat a few times. I am happy to report that they are very responsive, professional, and patient. I needed clarity in terms of how service features worked, and they were very thorough and patient as they took the time to explain things clearly. I really appreciated it because, honestly, I did not instantly understand what was being explained to me. But they weren’t rude or impatient with me. They hung in there and explained things (again and again) until I was able to fully comprehend. For this reason, I am happy to report my great customer experience. This gives me confidence that if there are challenges or unforeseen problems, there is a support team that is actively working hard to help me out.
