I seldom write reviews, but I've learned to love Humata and I feel it deserves a good word here on Appsumo. I frequently need to dig into various articles and Youtube videos, and I like the smooth way you can interact with all of these webpages, PDFs, Word files, and even YouTube videos, all via a simple URL! It's pretty remarkable. I've even downloaded entire support websites, with ALL their articles, so I can easily find the exact answer I'm looking for, by just asking the AI. The AI then delivers precise answers with references highlighted in the original document--which is a terrific idea and it helps a lot when trying to show your sources.

There are minor areas for improvement, such as expanding Youtube channel crawling (I want to be able to get all the videos for a channel in one click of a Humata Chrome extension, which I've been told both are on their roadmap!)

Their support is terrific, where I recently only had to wait a minute or so to get an answer to my questions! (Thanks Jeth in Support!)
