I've upgraded to T4

The tool is amazing except for CZ translation which it can't seem to read and translate.
I've booked 2x a call with them to get more information on white labeling and 2x it has been cancelled.
I followed their instruction to book a call through calendly in their answers.

This is really frustrating and I just want to get information how to get the whitelabeling into my plan. Until now, I haven't gotten any clue about whitelabel since their answer is always "book a call" and then the person you booked this call with named Lev says I'm not the right person, please contact Zach.

How can they make this a more difficult answer.
