After trying this platform, I was left thoroughly disappointed. It falls short in many critical areas, especially compared to alternatives like Google NotebookLM, which outshines it in every aspect. Here are the main issues I encountered:
1. Limited Website Crawling Capabilities: Despite claiming the ability to crawl entire websites, this platform fails to deliver. Adding a “*” to the end of a URL as suggested by the founder results in errors (as he answered some of the users). Moreover, it cannot crawl entire websites via sitemaps, a basic feature most competitors handle effortlessly.
2. No White-Label Options: Even at the highest tiers, there are no white-label customization options, making it less appealing for businesses seeking branding flexibility.
3. Inefficient Knowledge Management: The so-called “second brain” feature is overly basic. To add notes, you’re required to create a text file and manually upload it—a clunky and outdated process compared to the seamless functionality of NotebookLM or ChatGPT.
4. Accuracy Issues: When testing with various document types, the results were inaccurate and unreliable. In contrast, both ChatGPT and NotebookLM consistently provided precise answers—and they’re free!
5. Lack of Essential Features:
• No in-app customer support.
• No mobile app, which limits usability on the go.
• No Chrome extension for quick integration with browsers.
- Overall, this platform is far behind its competitors. If you’re looking for a reliable, feature-rich solution, NotebookLM or ChatGPT are far better choices—and they won’t cost you a dime. Avoid wasting your time and money here. I was hoping this app can provide something better than the mentioned alternatives. But it does not.
