Great tool but had disappointing experience
Hy.page is great for anyone looking for a bio link tool with creator-friendly features you can't find anywhere else. Also the value in not having to worry about pageview limits put the value of the deal a lot higher than similar products.
However, I had to knock off a few tacos for my disappointing experience with the company.
I have been a longtime customer of another tool put out by this developer: Vyper. Now, being a Vyper customer, you get lots of marketing emails. More than most, to be honest. However, earlier this year, receiving these emails should have worked in my favor:
They were launching Hy.page and wanted to give free lifetime accounts to their earliest customers i.e. me. I signed up and attended the webinar in April as required to receive the account. I was then asked to fill out another form after the webinar. Done. Then...nothing. I never received anything else.
Fast forward a month and I see they're giving non-customers the same opportunity to get a free account. That's cool. I didn't sign up again when I saw this because I thought I had reserved my account and didn't want to be greedy.
Turns out, those non-customers were given direct access through that sign-up form they had to fill out. I, on the other hand, had to attend a webinar, fill-out the sign up form I originally filled out, and then *also* fill out this additional signup form.
But, because I never received that last form from them, I missed out. They refused to provide me with an account after I brought the issue to them.
My purchase of Hy.page should stand out as a testament to this tool and my fair review of it. However, my opinion of this company's customer service took a big hit with how they handled my issue.

May 9, 2024We are very sorry you missed out on the beta account. It was not our intention at all to leave out people who were earlier users/supporters to help us get the product ready for launch.
I'm glad you are still willing to support the product.
