tried to get help by asking here (see Gary's question below). I've tried activating the software via email and password, via google sign-in (which started a free trial), and via multiple email addresses. I've received welcome emails but no confirmation email. I try logging in via the email address and password I used for activation and I get a message saying I must confirm my account, I click the link to get a confirmation link and get an error. Like Gary below, I want to use the product, so I'm trying to be patient for a fix. But what's frustrating is absolutely no response from my multiple attempts to contact support (not even a message saying thanks for contacting us, we're working on a fix, we'll get back to you soon). Is anyone replying to the support emails or live chats? Please let me know, because I feel like I'm wasting my time. Thanks.

Q: Going on 4 days now and I still can't access my account.
Is there a secret? Is this product even supported? Why doesn't the onboarding work? Who do I have to kill to get access to the product? There are a million questions going through my head, so I thought I would contact support and get it resolved. So I put in a support request last Friday night. Realizing you are based out of the EU, I suspected I wouldn't get a reply until Monday. But now Monday has come and gone and I have had no reply. So I thought I would try to sign up again with my AppSumo code. Now it takes to a sign in page where it tells me I must verify my email account. The only problem is... I didn't get a verification email, only a welcome email. Now when I try to sign in it tells me there is a problem with my account and to contact support. Which means I am back in the same boat I started in. How do I get out of this round-robin and access the account? Support seems to be non-existent or at least they don't answer in a timely manner.

Sorry to tell you this Mario, but it's not fixed. I am experiencing the same problem - I haven't been able to sign-in using the appsumo code and registration page. What's worse is that I've emailed, I've live chatted and there is no reply from anyone - despite trying to live chat during the proper hours and emailing the info@hypermedialab.com email address. The software looks cool, but I wouldn't know. I'll try again to redeem the code and update this message if it works.

Of course that you can embed your interactive videos in emails, landing pages, web sites and others. Simply, use their iFrame codes directly obtained in HypermediaLAB. You can also have as much buttons as you wish in your video leading to others both interactive or normal/Linear and all of them in the very same video. Currently, our "white label" works as https://hypermediavideo.com/ etc... It does not mention HypermediaLAB but the nature of your videos..."hypermedias".

Still is your url... is it only visible in the embed code ? (Thats how i would be using it) So there is no real whitelabling and CNAME url possibility with our own domain.
Are these features in the roadmap? When can we expect them?
Also... i havent tried it but is it possible to edit the buttons and graphics in the video with custom html?
