Q: I can't seem to get an email to confirm my login after entering password.

I received a welcome email after redemption, but that doesn't help. I click "send another link" and it says "an error has occurred". Then I tried the website chat, and it doesn't understand my question when I indicate I can't get the email to confirm my account. I then sent an email. Nothing. This is very frustrating to say the least... help!

I purchased before that as part of the Plus Exclusive Offer, so that would have nothing to do with it. Clearly, the system is broken and not operational to the point where the chatbot didn't even work. This was a big waster of my time.

This is a completely unacceptable response to those who have already bought your deal and suddenly get disconnected from your site. There has been no response from support. If the service is permanently discontinued, state so or honou the deals sold.
