tried to get help by asking here (see Gary's question below). I've tried activating the software via email and password, via google sign-in (which started a free trial), and via multiple email addresses. I've received welcome emails but no confirmation email. I try logging in via the email address and password I used for activation and I get a message saying I must confirm my account, I click the link to get a confirmation link and get an error. Like Gary below, I want to use the product, so I'm trying to be patient for a fix. But what's frustrating is absolutely no response from my multiple attempts to contact support (not even a message saying thanks for contacting us, we're working on a fix, we'll get back to you soon). Is anyone replying to the support emails or live chats? Please let me know, because I feel like I'm wasting my time. Thanks.

May 14, 2024A: We are very sorry and we thank you Appsumo support for their help.
As I mentioned in the Appsumo questions, we suffered an unexpected update from our provider Stripe combined with an email service issue with AWS. This caused delays in receiving email messages on top of the situation with the code redemption system. Both for you as customers and for us as suppliers.
If possible yet, please be so kind as to try again to redeem your code tomorrow today.
