Q: Dear IceDrive Founder(s)/Co-Founder(s)/Team, Thank you for bringing your baby creation to the Appsumo community!

At first glance, this is a nice offer and is wonderfully featured for sumolings!

On further look, I believe that there are more ways to make your offer one of the greatest offer for 2020 on Appsumo.

Firstly, Appsumo is "the place" where you find many small and medium size agencies (owners), sophisticated freelancing professionals and business solopreneurs from all around the world. Therefore, it is rather disappointing, so as to speak, that this Appsumo deal DOES NOT include a plan for sumolings to stack up to cater to their OWN clients/customers/end users. An example of a win-win-win situation would be for IceDrive to offer a plan with SUB ACCOUNTS so that agencies and sumolings can extend your product to each of their own clients. When such SUB ACCOUNTS plan is appropriately crafted and priced, not only IceDrive gets financial benefits, sumolings and other end users/customers equally get to enjoy using your product.

Secondly, Appsumo community itself is a little planet. Why not offer IceDrive interface in several major languages other than English? E.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Spanish etc. I believe that if translations is potentially a barrier, why not throw out a request (and as part of roadmap) to enlist the help of sumolings? (if IcDrive is appreciative enough, some tokens of appreciation/IceDrive usage benefits/"perks" can be offered together with such volunteering translation work!)

Thirdly, almost 99.9999% of startups and/or founders comment that they are around for the long term... but sumolings are NO fools... the community of sumonlings has been around for long long long enough to get a first hand account of their previous purchase(s) vanishing, and in the current climate, sumolings would be more cautious in getting a deal where the deal is in an overly-crowded market.

Fourthly, having an individual account with a limit of 2TB storage and 4TB bandwidth is definitely limiting. Why not allow sub accounts where sumolings can "split" the 2TB to offer smaller storage to their own customers/end users? (business model somewhat like those Reseller Program in the hosting industry) In addition, for those who want an additional and comprehensive list of services and support, why not offer a monthly service (subscription) based model to cater to this group of sumolings?

Finally, as more sumolings use IceDrive, I believe that your team will gain deeper insights (analytics, analytics, analytics!) as part of your product development roadmap.

Therefore, while I wish IceDrive team all the best in developing IceDrive platform further, equally, kindly give sumolings valid reasons to stack up more codes which benefit both (or more) parties.

Aren't the above good reasons why IceDrive come to Appsumo in the first place?
