In iOS app, camera auto uploads go to the designated "Auto Upload/[Device name]/" folder. This cannot be changed.

Just enable the auto upload in app Settings.

Use Backup Data wizard. It'll find and upload everything to the cloud. And if you repeat the backup process later, it'll upload only the new and modified files.

We currently do not support this.
There's a way though: you could use only the Encrypted storage, and your spouse could make use of unencrypted area. They won't know your passphrase, so you won't cross over.

This feature isn't yet supported - it is planned for development this year.

We're currently working on this feature. Hopefully it will be implemented for the next release.
