Would have loved to purchase this one. Hopefully it will come back for limited time only and can pick it up. Next time will not wait and pull the trigger sooner.

Wow. Whether the guy is mistaken or not, that kind of response from the creator definitely doesn't leave me feeling good about support. Definitely leaning toward a refund.
One creator is snarky and the other one calls a customer a "retard". Sumolings - get your refunds on Icedrive. A sale on AppSumo is supposedly when app creators are on their best behavior. You definitely will get worse treatment later when the refund period is through. @Anthony_Icedrive and @James_Icedrive -- a formal apology would go a long way. But, still, behavior like this makes me positive I'll never do business with you.
