First of all, let me say that the guys in Icedrive are SUPER responsive, they answer to any ticket within minutes. Kudos to that, to me this is the #1 thing when evaluating a service and this is a 10/10.

Now, about the product it self, the core features work really well: Good uploading speeds, files open pretty fast (though they COULD load a bit faster), sync among devices is really fast (great job) and the space you buy for this price, is more than excellent (I stacked 4 codes for the 2TBs). Encrypted storage works amazingly, too!

Now, some features I really miss:
- Virtual Drive for Mac. Please please please make that a priority, I envy Windows users! :) :) I use this with Google Drive (File Stream) and nothing compares to its convenience
- Resume upload. If for any reason the upload is interrupted, it cannot be resumed from where it stopped
- Skip already uploaded files/folders. This would somehow solve the above missing feature, as by re-uploading the whole batch and skipping the already uploaded files/folders, it would practically resume the interrupted upload. These 2 are super important since with 2 TBs, we better upload lots of files :)

What I would recommend improving:
- Bigger thumbnails (desktop app). I think the current thumbnail size is pretty small, I could use a "zoom" function
- "Sort by" option: This is a MUST, I think. I'm trying to arrange some photos and I can't sort them by date. Add this to the previous "thumbnail" issue, I cannot really do that task within Icedrive, I have to open too many photos to see what is what
- Open file/folder with single click. I guess that's inherited by the mobile apps' behaviour, but it doesn't work for me in desktop

That's all for now. I'd like to say again that the core product is GREAT and totally worth every penny. My suggestions are just aiming to improve this otherwise wonderful service.
