Q: Hello can you please clarify: 1) What is the definition of a member?
Anyone who signs in to contribute to a widget is a member? Can I rotate members i.e remove and add to remains within the limits?
2) Can you provide examples of automation and how is it "consumed"? Can we punctually purchase additional automations if needed?
3) Can you give examples of credit use case and and how is it "consumed" ? Can we punctually purchase additional credits if needed?

1) Guests can do almost everything a normal User can do, including submit ideas and add comments. However, in contrast to normal Users (called Members on the platform), Guests cannot be added to Teams and must be managed individually. Need more information on user profiles? 2) Every time an automation is triggered, it consumes an "automation credit".
3) Every time you generate an idea or an idea collection with AI, it consumes an "ai credit"
Currently buying more of the credits is not possible but it is something we are looking to offer to purchase as an add-on in the future.
