Q: Hello.
I saw a response about how codes are tied to a workspaces (10 codes = 1 workspace stacked to level 10 --OR-- 1 code = 10 workspaces (set to level 1)).
Based on that, can these workspaces be reconfigured later down the road? So, if we purchase 10 codes and want 5 workspaces at Level 2, can we later change to have something like 10 workspaces at Level 1 or 1 workspace at Level 10? Is this change available for users to make in-product or a manual request? Any limit on how many times we can make this shift?
Also, if we have 10 codes stacked (level 10) on 1 workspace, is there a way to prevent users from seeing specific spaces/content or simply separate teams so a team is only able to see content in their team?
Asking the above because I'm mostly entertaining Ideanote for a use-case likely not aligned to your primary focus -- I'm considering as a project management/request board for clients. So, separate clients providing requests that I'd capture, communicate on, and move through completion. Perhaps you might suggest that another tool is better suited for this use-case, but that's mostly my focus with these questions.

Within each workspace you have great options to give access to certain to some Idea Collections to certain groups of people (teams) while hiding others etc. - it is very flexible that way. The phases are also quite flexible for moving e.g. client requests.
