Is the 'Doc Translation' feature unavailable to AppSumo buyers?
I purchased the highest tier on AppSumo (Plan 4 - AppSumo Ultra). I haven't used many credits, only a few to test out the app. However, when I try to use the 'Doc Translation', it tells me that I do not have sufficient balance and that I should upgrade my plan.
Is this feature unavailable to the AppSumo plans?

It doesn't work, even though I have used little to no credits. I tested it out and the message I got was "You do not have sufficient balance to upload more files." At the bottom of the page, it also says "You do not have sufficient balance. Please upgrade your plan". Doesn't the highest tier on AppSumo offer enough credits to translate documents?
Can you share your email to support@unmixr.com? Seems like you do not have initial doc translation credit.
I have the same problem and the monthly credits don't reset at all. It probably affects every tier 4 user.
Got the same recurring problems. Email the team w/o responses. The monthly credits don't reset at all. I got Ultra tier last few months, and now it changes to Plan 3 and maxmim 4 Code, which make lots of confusions to the previous plan purchaser.
