Q: I was just talking about how I wanted to use Google Assistant for a bot to answering inbound leads.

I believe they use that in their Google voice service. This looks very Full stack worthy! Do we have to use the little mascot? Nothing against the little guy of course (:

Also, Is there a quick demo/test of the call bot and HR bot? Thanks!

Hi !

No problem with remove the mascot. There are lots of personnalization options.

For Google Assistant, it is doable with our tool.

For a callbot, you can call this number :
+33 7 57 90 52 17

This is very basic but it shows that the connection works :-)

Has the Google assistant been used before? How is this possible? Also, can I create a round robin with my agents numbers within the app? Is there an IVR system built in too? Thanks!

Yes ! You can use Google Assistant. You can go to the Publish section then Google Home (that's also Google Assistant).

Does the NLP like Google or Alexa cost anything extra or is it a matter of connecting the programs and that’s it?

I see you integrate with Hubspot! I’m having trouble connecting to my free version of Hubspot. Why is that? Do you only connect to paid version.

I don’t use Twilio (yet) so will the voice bots, voice have ability to work any of my numbers that I have through another platform. I don’t have have the api or webhooks or gateways for those numbers. But I can use them to record convos like a call cente.

Do I have to use Twilio or I can port any of my numbers ?

-The NLP works with all tiers.

-Using the free version may be the reason why you have difficulties integrate it

-For the moment it's only via Twilio

also is it possible to forward phone calls from the voice bots to other non Twilio phone numbers?

Yes, NLP are free to use with Ideta

yes it's possible to forward a request with Twillio by adding a background action.
You will have to create a variable which will collect this data.
