May 14, 2024A: 1- Yes, the AI Chatbot, Live Chat, Callbot, and Webhooks are all included in this deal. However, please note that AI Assistant for LinkedIn and AI Community Manager are not part of this offer.
2- Absolutely! All new updates and features that are released for the chatbot platform will be included in this deal.
3- We have taken user feedback seriously, and we are continuously working on improving our platform, including video training and English support. We strive to provide a better user experience based on the feedback we receive.

Could you be more specific instead of a general answer? What has been done in regard to this from 2022?
