Could you clarify how they typically are used per content, per tier??

Space usage is for the videos/images uploaded to your workspace. If it's directly via Instagram, TikTok etc it doesn't count.
We only count DB space for manually uploaded media which gets stored in Idukki.
For example, if you have Instagram widget of few hashtags/username it doesn't count on DB space. If you do custom upload if 10 videos of 2MB each and 10 images of 0.5MB each it will be 30 MB in total use.
We offer below space usage
1) starter 250 MB
2) business 500 MB
3) professional 1.25GB
Space can be shared amongst the multiple workspaces we allow for multiple domains.
