The Sub-Geolocation license is a new addition that enables Geolocation licenses and AppSumo license holders to generate a license for activation on clients' websites.
This provides the following benefits:
1. You can set session limits for individual customers.
2. Your original license key remains secure.
Thanks for your quick response.
I'm still a bit unclear, (excuse my thick head) I guess with the term Sub-Geolocation. The term implies physical location right? So does that mean that the sub account holder website has to be in a set physical location? How is that determined, through IP address? What if the IP address changes? Please correct me if I'm barking up the wrong tree.
No worries!
The term "sub-geolocation" license is just the name we use in our system to describe the license's purpose. In terms of functionality, the geolocation service works similarly regardless of whether it's a standard geolocation license or a sub-license.
A sub-license is essentially a license that you can allocate sessions to (you have control over the number) and activate on a client's website instead of using your main license.
