Q: Bought tier 3
I purchased tier 3 with the hopes that I could add documents to the library and start. Uploading a few simple .txt files with .pdf seemed to just "hang". I tried one simple .txt file same result. So, I thought I'd reach out to support to find out if there is a known issue, or something else I need to know. There is no support email, no way to contact them, and even asking the iki.ai copilot how to reach support produced this response "There is no relevant context provided for contacting iki.ai support. You may want to visit their official website or look for a support section within the iki.ai platform for assistance." I'm not left with a good feeling... can anyone please enlighten me?
