Q: Dave Swift youtube review - issues addressed?
Your product looks very interesting. Dave Swift has a great review of IKI.AI on YouTube. He pointed out some UI issues about privacy and public settings (shared library/content with public). He also talked about the missing YouTube transcripts. He noted that users cannot remove material they added to the collections. Do you have an update on these issues?

Everything you listed has been updated. When creating collections, you can choose to make them private or public. Also we developing an option to totally opt out socials. Transcription of YouTube videos works without problems, everything was fixed. You can also remove materials from collections without difficulty.
m_bAs of today: changing private/public status works well, you can add videos and ask detailed questions about everything inside the video, deleting materials from a collection or from the whole library is possible. It just takes some time and patience to get used to the user interface and to find out where to find each function.
P.S. I'd say it is a more complex task to understand this app compared to learning how to use a browser, but still far easier than learning an app like MS Outlook in every detail. After 4 weeks of trial and error I feel confident enough today to decide to upgrade to tier 3. I doubt that some people who wrote bad reviews here had the patience to learn it. Using Discord is very helpful.
