Q: I will refund if T3 will not show on the Dealterms that it is mapped to the Research Plan. Will it be changed?

We haven’t changed the Tier conditions since the beginning of the deal on AppSumo. If we specify that Tier 3 maps to the Researcher Plan, it would imply that Tier 2 lacks the Research Assistant feature, even though it is included, though with a limited number of calls. As we’ve mentioned before, both in responses here and in the official FAQ, Tier 3 includes the Research Assistant and maps to the Researcher Plan. I understand, but as Appsumo says, what is not described in the deal terms is not included. I got roasted so many times here because of promises in the FAQ. Look at what happened, for example, with Lindo.ai. I even got an email from Appsumo saying this. So if the deal terms are not changed, I need to refund, which I am really sad about.
