RoyLichtensteinQ: Will all tiers get all the future updates?
Hello!
I'm planning to purchase this. I don't need 100 hours of video transcription, so I would like to get tier 2. I'm wondering if there will be any future updates that will go only to tier 3 or will everything go to all tiers? In other words, should I get tier 3 to ensure I get all your future updates or will I still get them on tier 2?

You'll get most of the future updates in tier 2, except for a heavy new feature - Research Assistant, but not everyone needs it and it's kina another product, not just a Digital Library

Don't know what Research Assistant is. But instead of considering to NOT include features in LTD plans, consider to add BYOK so we can support AI costs on our side and still be using your product without being outdated. Cheers.
