Dear User, We hope this message finds you well. As a valued member of the illusto community, we want to remind you that the platform will soon be discontinued. However, considering the holiday season and the numerous requests we’ve received, we have decided to extend the shutdown date to 11:30 AM UTC on January 17th, 2025. The premium media access will be available till 11.30 AM UTC on December 26th, 2024. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this transition and deeply regret the need to take this step. We truly appreciate your support and understanding during this time. Please ensure you download any important assets or files from your illusto dashboard before the extended deadline, as all data will be permanently deleted after the shutdown, and access to your account will be terminated.
Logged in today and unable to use any stock videos or images unless they are free. Nothing loads, no media is added to the media folder and absolutely no way of contacting support? Has this platform been abandoned?
I've been using your tool for a while now. One of the early buyers. However, there is still a significant slag in the area of speed. It lags significantly ESPECIALLY when adding stock footages. This ends up eating a lot of time. Flex clip for example, is way faster when adding footages to the timeline. I'd say almost 10 times faster. flexclip takes roughly 3 seconds to add a video to timeline. Yours takes about 40 seconds which is sificantly too slow. This eats up a lot of time especially when editing a long form video. Are there any plans on increasing loading speed? That would be helpful.
