I gave this tool a try among many video tools on AppSumo without high expectation. The outcomes are surprisingly good:

1. Easy to use and navigate UI & UX: It's simple, user-friendly to edit the clip in one dashboard.

2. Rich stock media (Millions of professional clips, images, audio tracks): This makes Illusto different from other video editing tool on AppSumo or Canva. You can craft professional-quality videos with the help of these royalty-free clips. I was surprised finding endless professional clips for my niche, which is still a very limited supply in other paid stock images & videos resources (FreePik, Adobe) that I'm using.

3. Cost saving solution: It reduces the cost and eases the process of creating videos for commercial usage. I don't need expensive Adobe stock media, or monthly InVideo subscription tool for video editing anymore. If you have used InVideo, Illusto can replace it with an affordable price tag. This tool is a good addition to your toolkit, along with other video tools (Canva for bulk editing for social media clips, VidTags for video scraping/ AI translation).

4. Attentive customer support: I had an issue with a .mp4 file export with audio but it didn't automatically play the audio on my website. It's not the problem from Illusto side, but it's an HTML CSS editing on WP. The customer team replied with extra miles of explanation and provided a recording with tips to show how to fix it. Very helpful!

5. Room for further development:
- AI integration: translation, text to speech, scraping.
- Social elements: modern stickers, backgrounds, bells, like, notifications...

Overall, it's worth to include this tool in your video editing software. Highly recommended.
