Finally I found you!
I am pleased to see Illusto here in AppSumo, I was looking for such cloud based video editor with such functionality and features, and whoa, I find you.
The interface is clean and very similar to most common video editors. It has a learning curve for the new users in this niche, but you will be pleased to see so many options and features.
I know that people complain about the premium assets (the amount that you can find in Illusto is not match with what is on iStockphoto), but this is absolutely normal to prevent users to abuse the service and pull out highly priced premium content for almost free.
Company behind Illusto has a good experience, background and impressive amount of MRR.
List of some great pros using it:
✅ A lot of potential has this product if you can listen to the SumoLings.
✅ Very easy tool for creating video content;
✅ Fast and pure cloud based rendering, including 4K;
✅ Support is very kind and quick;
The stock library is absolutely amazing and impressive🔥!
What I would like to see, I know I know asking for too much:)
👉 I would like to see all uploaded media in My and Project Libraries organized by folders, not just type.
👉 Direct integration with external cloud storage (like GDrive OneDrive, pCloud, Koofr) to keep assets outside, and do not overload the internal storage;
👉 Motion tracking feature would be great (mostly used to hide a face or follow up an object and tag with a label);
👉 Lottie animation support, they are great and pure transparent, so we can download json files and add them into the video project easy;
👉 Support for SVG animation import;
👉 System font of the dashboard could be much better for eyes.
👉 Adjustable Dark/Light mode for the background is a must have;
👉 More masks;
👉 Support external LUT for videos and images;
👉 Add support for ProRes videos with alpha channel (transparent);
👉 I would call you to see if you can add the hand drawn keyframe animation path, Canva has this implemented recently.
👉 Possibility to add audio volume adjust during play (similar to the curve for the video playing speed). This is needed when we have music and at some point I start talking and want music to be with decreased volume, and then I can again boost the volume. It will be like a line/curve where I can adjust time when I need to slowly down the music and up at some moment. Like keyframes waves, but for the audio;
👉 Love to see some mini tools inside the video editor like slide show maker where I can upload many images, set parameters for slide show like pan and zoom and Illustro will make adjustments for myself and add this to the timeline or direct export, this will save a lot of time and manual manipulation;
👉 Support external subtitles;
👉 Import/upload of assets is limited to 5, could be increased;
I hope you will consider adding these features in the future. This will improve the editor and make it the best of the best!
Don't miss this deal, it's a hidden gem💎.
Thank you for this complimentary deal guys!
