Too few credits for too many mistakes; you have to pay double the price.
The idea is really great. I was put off by the price. Unfortunately, I have to say that I'm even more annoyed now that I've created 14 images with a standard style.
Seven of them were usable.
Two were people with three legs. And five were... I don't know what they were, but they were 0% what the selected style specified.
The product is too expensive and far too prone to errors. I would keep it if there were more credits. But this has too many bugs, and then I might as well use ChatGPT, which I have anyway, whether I regenerate 3 times or 2 times here. In addition, ChatGPT has an infinite number of images, and here there are 75, which are more like 36. I would not buy it again!

Sep 22, 2025Hi - thank you for the honest feedback and I’m really sorry you had that frustrating experience. That’s not the outcome we want for anyone, especially when you’re investing credits and time.
A few things to explain and try right away (to get better results without wasting more credits):
Why this can happen: image generation is still probabilistic, sometimes poses or details render incorrectly (weird limbs, off-style outputs). That’s on us to reduce, and we’re actively updating models to improve quality and consistency.
Quick ways to get better results now:
Use Image Prompt (upload a clear reference photo) when you need exact poses — that greatly improves body/pose accuracy.
Try edits instead of full regenerations for small fixes - edits cost 0.5 credits and are often enough to correct minor issues.
Use our preset styles when you need dependable, consistent looks, or pick a fixed style you know works for a project.
Be specific in prompts (lighting, camera angle, exact pose name) and keep negative prompts for things to avoid.
We’re working on quality: model updates, better pose handling, and tools (batch generation, improved SVGs) are on the roadmap so this will get better over time. Please see our full roadmap here - roadmap.illustrationsai.com
I want to make this right for you. Please reply here or email our support team (support@illustrationsai.com) with your account and a few example image IDs/screenshots — we’ll review what happened and offer a remedial option (account review + possible one-time credit so you can redo the failed images). No one should be left feeling like they’ve paid for unusable outputs.
