I have purchased 3 codes. It appears there is an issue with audiograms not being able to be previewed/downloaded from the file section.

Also, what is the minimum audio duration for audiograms? It seems it will not allow me to select a 5 second clip. When I select it and reach the last prompt for generating an audiogram, I get a cryptic error that says, " {visualizer}:Arguement {audio} must be a valid {audio}, {array} specified "
